THE ELEVATE STORY

In May 2023, God led us to launch Elevate Tribe—a space where people could experience transformation, hope, and healing. Through Elevate Marriage and Leadership Tribes, we watched God renew and refresh marriages and leaders across the world.

But as we continued to seek the Lord, we sensed He was calling us to more. Elevate wasn’t just a tribe; it was meant to become a church.

Elevate Church will be a place where people across Vermont and New England encounter the living God, discover their purpose, and walk in wholeness.

Our journey began long before Elevate. In 2014, we planted Encounter Church and helped lead church-planting efforts across New England through the Send Network—equipping, coaching, and supporting pastors throughout the region. Alongside this, we invested deeply in marriages and leaders, helping build communities marked by authenticity, courage, and restoration.

Through these years, God refined our calling—shaping us through leadership, endurance, and faith. Today, Jason’s strategic leadership and Rachel’s heart for transformation come together for this moment: the launch of Elevate Church.

We believe the Church should lift people to new heights in Christ—where purpose is ignited, healing is found, and lives are elevated by the love of Jesus.

MEET THE TEAM

Jason Hodges

Jason has spent over a decade helping leaders and organizations reach their God-given potential. After planting Encounter Church in 2014, he led Send Network New England, equipping and coaching pastors and planters statewide.

Today, he serves as Leadership and Multiplication Pastor at Calvary Church in Rutland, VT, and is a Paterson StratOp and LifePlan Guide—helping churches, nonprofits, and businesses clarify vision and strategy.

A passionate endurance athlete, Jason completed six Ironman triathlons in six days across six New England states—a picture of his belief that transformation happens when we push beyond limits and follow Jesus with perseverance.

Rachel Hodges

Rachel brings over a decade of ministry and leadership experience across Boston and New England. As a LifePlan Guide with the Paterson Center, she mentors women in ministry and pastors’ wives—helping them cultivate healthy rhythms, resilience, and wholeness.

A leader within Elevate Marriage Tribe and a physical trainer, Rachel empowers women and marriages to heal, grow, and thrive. Her compassionate insight and spiritual strength are central to Elevate’s heart for transformation.

OUR MISSON & VISION

We are a church that elevates Jesus and invites others to do the same.

At Elevate Church, we pursue Jesus on the mountain—lifting our eyes to where our help comes from (Psalm 121:1–2). We guide people to keep their eyes on Jesus, reaching their full potential spiritually, relationally, and purposefully.

Just as Moses descended radiant from meeting with God (Exodus 34:29), we believe transformation begins in His presence and overflows into everyday life.

Elevate Church is a church-planting church with a heart to see New England renewed by the Holy Spirit. From our home in Central Vermont, we will strategically plant life-giving churches in key cities across every New England state.

And we won’t stop there. Our long-term vision is to establish national and international partnerships—expanding a church-planting movement of hope, healing, and purpose worldwide.
